Spring Green Consulting is founded and led by Jennifer Bennett FAICD — a strategic advisor and Non-Executive Director with 25 years of experience with national reform programs across health, disability, public sector transformation, energy and Indigenous affairs.
Our work is grounded in co-design, systems thinking and a deep understanding of how governments and institutions actually change. We bring both the strategic clarity and the practical wisdom that complex reform demands.
